This towel is a collaboration with MOKU from Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. Its high absorbency and quick-drying performance (it dries in about 1.5 hours when room-dried) make it attractive. The long length of 100 cm, which is close to the length of a tenugui towel, makes it suitable for a wide range of uses, such as wrapping around the neck or wiping the back. It is thin, compact, and lightweight at only 50 g, making it easy to carry around.
The embroidery design is inspired by the LOGOS Agura chair.
Not only is it thin and lightweight, but it also has excellent water absorbency due to the pile material on one side. In addition to being made of 100% cotton, it absorbs more than enough water because skilled workers in Imabari have carefully removed impurities. And since it can be easily squeezed out even by a woman or child, its water absorbency can be regained as many times as necessary in a short period of time. In a sense, you can go to public baths and saunas with only one bottle of MOKU because it can wipe infinitely.
