Additionally, by placing the separately sold "Subzero Recovery Cool Assist" in the mesh pocket, you can cool specific areas like the neck and armpits.

The professional models of the "Subzero Recovery Cool Body Towel" and "Subzero Recovery Cool Assist" have been utilized by the rugby team "Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath," where they are used by players for cooling down during matches.
1) Wet the towel with water and wring it out strongly until no more droplets fall.
2) The towel can be completely frozen in the included storage bag.
When using in combination with the separately sold Subzero Recovery Cool Assist, set the towel and freeze it.
3) You can also carry the frozen towel in a commercially available cooler or in the separately sold Keep Cylinder Thermotect or Hyper Cooler.
4) Wrap the towel around your body or drape it over yourself to cool down. Wearing it over your head is also effective.

[POINT] By folding it in a zigzag manner, it becomes easier to peel off even when the towel is frozen!
It’s easier to peel off when it’s slightly thawed, so be sure to take it out of the freezer or cooler in advance, calculating backwards from the time of use.
